Homeless Housing Applications to Local Authorities

Once you have made a homeless housing application to the Local Authority, we can assist you with making representations regarding your application including submitting further information on your behalf or challenging any negative decision. We are experienced in the criteria Local Authorities use, maximising your chance of success in your particular circumstances.

Reviews (s202) and Appeals against Negative Decisions by Local Authorities (s204)

Should the original decision go against you, we can help you to review this. If the review decision is negative also then we can assist you with lodging an appeal to the County Court if there are merits. It is worth noting we can do this regardless of whether we assisted you with your original homeless housing application.
