Martine Foley
Principal
I qualified as a solicitor in 1999 after training at two law firms in Surrey. On qualification I moved to Gillian Radford & Co in 1999. I have worked at Gillian Radford & Co since initially as an assistant solicitor and then as an associate solicitor. On the 1 January 2010 I took over the Firm as the Principal and have been managing the Firm since this time.
I am an experienced family and housing solicitor. I have expertise in both of these fields acting for a range of private clients.
I am an accredited Resolution Member in Domestic Violence and Private Law Children.
I am a member of the Family Law Panel and a member of the Advanced Family Law Panel enabling me to represent parents in care proceedings.
I specialise in divorce, financially remedy, partnership breakdown, care proceedings and international child issues.
In addition I am experienced in all types of housing law acting for tenants and have a particular interest in homelessness and related issues.

Grainne McCormack
I completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
I joined Gillian Radford & Co in 2004 as a paralegal and I qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 following the completion of my training contract.
I am an experienced family and housing solicitor and I am a member of Resolution and also a member of the Family Law Panel.
I am experienced in all types of family law including domestic violence issues, divorce and children act proceedings.
In addition, I have experience in all types of housing law including homeless applications, Section 202 reviews and Section 204 Appeals. I also act for tenants in relation to housing matters including possession proceedings and unlawful evictions.

Laura Fortune
After a Social Policy Degree I completed the PGDL and the LPC at the College of Law before joining Gillian Radford & Co in 2005 as a paralegal.
I was then offered a training contract with Gillian Radford & Co and qualified in 2010 and have worked here as a solicitor since then.
I am experienced in drafting wills and dealing with probate matters for all sizes of Estates. I also deal with Inheritance claims.
I am also an experienced family and housing solicitor.
In my family work I specialise in divorce, private law proceedings (child arrangements orders) as well as prohibited steps orders to prevent removal of children, social services matters (Child Protection) and care proceedings. I also am experienced in working with client’s who have suffered domestic abuse to obtain injunctions and occupation orders to protect them and their children.
I am a member of Resolution.
In my housing work, I act for clients in relation to homelessness including section 202 reviews and section 204 appeals. I also act for tenants in possession proceedings.
Specialisms
Laura specialises in drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and dealing with probate matters for all sizes of estate.
In her family work, Laura is experienced in divorce, matters relating to children (including who they live with and who they spend time as well as orders to prevent removal of children), social services matters (Child Protection) and care and adoption proceedings.
She also works with clients who have suffered domestic abuse to obtain injunctions and occupation orders to protect them (and their children).
In her housing work, she acts for tenants in regards to eviction and possession proceedings as well as homeless applications to the Local Authority and appeals of negative homeless decisions.

Flori Millet-Smith
I hold a French Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Spanish Master’s degree in Law. I then moved to the England in 2017 where I completed a Master of Science at the University of Kent before completing my Graduate Diploma in Law and my Legal Practice Course in London.
I joined Gillian Radford & Co in 2022 as a paralegal, and I qualified as a solicitor in 2024 following completion of my training contract.
I now practice Law in family and housing matters.
